- Business details — business name, address, and website, provided when you configure your sub-account.
- Payment information — processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway (Razorpay). We do not store your card number, CVV, or bank credentials on our servers.
- Usage data — log files, IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and timestamps, collected via standard web analytics.
- Cookies — used to keep you signed in and remember preferences.
2. How we use your information
- To create, provision, and operate your Nexa Funnels sub-account.
- To process payments and send invoices and renewal notifications.
- To send transactional emails (login credentials, receipts, account alerts).
- To provide customer support and respond to your enquiries.
- To improve our product, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable law.
3. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the following categories of processors, strictly to deliver the service:
- Razorpay — payment processing and subscription management.
- HighLevel (LeadConnector) — the underlying platform on which your sub-account is provisioned.
- Cloud hosting and email providers — to host the application and deliver transactional emails.
- Regulators or law enforcement — when required by valid legal process under Indian law.
4. Data retention
We retain account, billing, and transaction records for as long as your account is active and for up to 8 years thereafter, as required by Indian tax and accounting laws. You may request earlier deletion of personal data not required to be retained by law.
5. Security
We use TLS encryption in transit, encrypted databases at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we work hard to protect your data.
6. Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data by emailing connect@nexafunnels.com. We respond within 30 days.
7. Children
Nexa Funnels is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
