We want every customer to evaluate Nexa Funnels with zero financial risk. That is why we offer a free trial before any charge takes place. This page explains how our free trial, billing, cancellation, and refund process works.
1. 7-day free trial
Every new subscription begins with a 7-day free trial. You provide a valid payment method at sign-up so that your subscription mandate can be authorised, but you are not charged during the trial period. You can cancel anytime in those 7 days at no cost.
2. Conversion to paid subscription
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to the paid plan you selected at checkout (monthly or annual). The first charge is processed by Razorpay on day 8 and your billing cycle starts from that date.
3. Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing connect@nexafunnels.com.
- On cancellation, automatic renewals stop immediately. You retain access to the Service until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
- Annual customers can cancel auto-renewal at any time; access continues until the end of the 12-month term that was paid for.
4. Refunds
Once a paid billing cycle has started, fees paid are non-refundable. Because we provide a 7-day free trial that lets you fully evaluate the Service before any charge takes place, we do not offer refunds for:
- Monthly subscription fees after the trial converts.
- Annual subscription fees, in whole or in part, after the term begins.
- Partial months or unused time after cancellation.
5. Exceptions
We will issue a refund in the following limited cases:
- Duplicate or accidental charge caused by a technical error on our side — refunded in full.
- Charge after timely cancellation — if you cancelled before renewal but were still charged, we refund the renewal charge in full.
- Unauthorised charge — if you believe a charge was made without your authorisation, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate.
6. How to request a refund
Email connect@nexafunnels.com from the email address registered on your account, with your subscription ID and a brief description of the issue. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days by Razorpay.
7. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card network. We are always happy to resolve genuine billing issues directly.
