Nexa Funnels is a 100% digital, cloud-based software service. We do not ship any physical goods. This policy explains how access to the Service is delivered.
1. Digital delivery
Once you complete sign-up and your subscription mandate is authorised on Razorpay, your Nexa Funnels sub-account is provisioned automatically. You will receive an email at the address you registered with, containing:
- Your login URL.
- Your username (the email you signed up with).
- A temporary password that you should change on first login.
2. Delivery timeline
Account provisioning and the welcome email are typically completed within 5–10 minutes of a successful payment authorisation. In rare cases of provider delay, delivery can take up to 24 hours.
3. Email not received?
- Please check your spam or promotions folder.
- Confirm that the email address used at signup is correct and able to receive mail.
- If you still cannot find it after an hour, contact connect@nexafunnels.com with your payment reference and we will resend your credentials.
4. Service availability
The Service is available 24×7 over the public Internet, subject to scheduled maintenance and force-majeure events. No physical shipping, courier, or delivery-tracking is involved.
